DUBAI VISA REQUIREMENT
- Passport should be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of return.
- Passport: Scan Copy of first & last page of passport with the validity of minimum six months. It has to be a clear scan. Photos of the passport by camera, mobile, Xerox copy etc will not be accepted. 20 year validity passports will not accepted.
- Photo Specification: Copy of passport size photographs with 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 4.3cm x 5.5 cm).

Day 1 – Bangalore – Dubai - Dhow Cruise

- Arrive at Dubai International Airport.
- After clearing immigration and customs, collect baggage and proceed to the hotel.
- Proceed for Indian Lunch at restaurant.
- Transfer to hotel and check in at hotel.
- Assemble at hotel lobby to proceed to Dhow Cruise with Dinner.
- Overnight at Hotel.
Day 2 – Dubai City Tour - Dessert Safari

- Enjoy buffet breakfast at the hotel.
- Assemble in the hotel lobby for half day panoramic city tour of Dubai. The tour starts with a photo-stop at the famous landmark of Dubai, Burj Al Arab, Atlantis Resort, on the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah. Proceed to view the picturesque palace and the famous Jumeirah Mosque.
- Lunch at the Indian restaurant.
- Afternoon we take you to Desert Safari tour. See the golden sand dunes of Arabia on 4-wheel drives where you experience the thrill of a life time - roller coaster ride on the sand dunes. While on the journey, you stop on the highest sand dune to view the beautiful sunset for taking some breath-taking photographs and to refresh yourself with a mineral water. We then continue the drive to Campsite, right in the heart of the desert, henna design, local dresses, soft drinks, water, tea or coffee are available for your enjoyment. Try your hands on some camel rides and Hubbly Bubbly (Hookah) in different flavours that suit your taste. Adding to the atmosphere of the night, an enchanting belly dancer performs a fascinating dance to a rhythm of Arabic music. To top it all, the delicious BBQ buffet dinner is served for all the guests.

Exclusions

- Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from route of your air ticket.
- Porterage, Tips, laundry, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and food and drinks not forming part of the group menus.
- Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘What your Tour Price includes’ box.
- Taxes as applicable to be paid extra on the total tour price.
- If the payment is through Credit Card, extra charges 2.5% on the total billing.

- Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement
- Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
- Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
- Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
- The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged.
- Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
- The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
- There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.
- The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
- Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
- Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
- Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is 1400hr-1500hrs - and Check-Out time is 1000hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

- Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
- Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
- Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.

PAYMENT TERMS
BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. Payments can be made through the following modes:
- Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favour of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore.
- NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount.
- CASH.
All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
