Travelled to Dubai on Oct 2016. A well planned trip by Benchmark. My family, including my one year old daughter, enjoyed thoroughly. We never experienced any sort of hiccups. And unlike the general trend, we were not "herded around". We got our own space, could do our own thing at our own pace despite enjoying the benefits of being part of a group trip. Our tour manager Sreejith was a true professional who always obliged with a smile. I would definitely recommend Benchmark services.

Recently we went for a package tour to Dubai. It was an excellent experience. Our tour manager Sreejith is very good.I think he is the best tour manager.Hotel accommodation was good. Food at times was a little mediocre. Other wise it was an excellent trip. People in the group were very nice and friendly. We will be taking up more tours with benchmark. Once again we thank Sreejith for making our tour memorable.

All the hotels suggested by Ms Gitanjali was close to the metro station, it was so convenient for us to travel. all the suggestions provided by your expertise helped us making our Honeymoon a grand success. We travelled from Chennai to Bali (Indonesia) for 4 days and 3 nights... The total people were 500+ from all over india. The trip was well organised, all the flight details, itenary, room were booked and shared earlier week before the trip. Buses were arranged in bali for transport to visit tourist places along with guides and also indian food were arranged for all the days. We enjoyed site seeing, Temple, Galla dinner, Beach resort (Star Hotel), water sport activities. Githanlaji from Benchmark was our SPOC for our Chennai team guided us very well and was a good Organiser.

Nice Trip, well organised and the coordinator Gitanjali had extended a curtious service to all the dealers and the team had appreciated the over all Trip. The flight from Chennai to Singapore, Singapore to Bali and Bali To Singapore was very crampt and not to the expectation. Better airlines would have made this trip a class apart. The local site seeing and the teaming up for activities were very well organised.

Our Journey to Bali started on 19 June 2018 night. It was a well planned trip that lasted for about 4 days and 3 nights With 510 people. From booking flight tickets to booking rooms based on their availability, everything were neatly orchestrated that we felt very comfortable at Bali. The best part would be the availability of Indian food and Air bus to travel around Bali . A Variety of interesting and fun filled activities brought a change of mind and relaxation to us. The best moments were Site seeing, Galla dinner, Beach resort (Star Hotel) and water sport activities.
