- Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcements.
- Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
- Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
- The itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints, if any.
- Indian Lunch / dinners are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine, or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, Flight, bus, ship, or any other services.
- The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible because in some city’s coaches are restricted.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
- There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour.
- The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
- Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
- Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is 1500hrs - and Check-Out time is 1100hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties if these services are released / cancelled within the below time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
