Day 1

Arrival Helsinki- The Capital of Nordics.
Meet and greet and private transfer to city center hotel.
Get recommendations for the day and explore the city at your pace.
Overnight Helsinki.

Day 2

Meals

Breakfast at Hotel
Pvt transfer to Vantaa airport.
Flight to Rovaniemi.
Arrival Rovaniemi and transfer to Arctic Snow Hotel and Glass Igloo.
Accommodation in twin glass igloo.
3-course dinner at Kota restaurant.
Private sauna experience; enjoy Finnish sauna and outdoor jacuzzi.
Overnight Glass Igloo.

Day 3

Meals

Breakfast at Hotel
Transfer to Rovaniemi.
Enjoy the day at leisure.
At night enjoy 2 Hrs Northern Light chase in Minibus.
Overnight Rovaniemi.

Day 4

Around 09:30 am you will get a scheduled tour pickup from/ near your accommodation.
Visit Santa Claus at his village, get photos clicked, cross the Arctic circle for an “insta” moment, Meet Santa and his Reindeer. Included is soup lunch (Veg options available). The total period of the day tour is approx. 4 hrs
After a fun filled day packed with Arctic experiences and memories you will be dropped back to Rovaniemi.
Enjoy rest of the evening at your pace.
Overnight at a centrally located hotel in Rovaniemi.

Day 5

Meals

After breakfast, you need to reach the scheduled bus stop (walking distance) from where you board the public bus to North of Finland.
Arrival Saariselka/ Inari in the evening and walk or take a short taxi ride to your unique overnight resort and enjoy the once in a lifetime experience of staying in unique Arctic Chalet.
A northern Light activity is included in your package :
Aurora Expedition to picturesque Holy Inari Lake. Activity duration: Approx. 3 hrs; Inclusions: English speaking guide, local transfers, Warm Berry Juice, Cookies and Marshmallow, Thermal Clothing inc. Overalls, Boots & Mittens.
In the evening, enjoy Snowmobile Safari and Northern Light chase. Activity duration: Approx. 2-3 hrs; Inclusions: Helmet, Gloves, shoes, , thermal winter suits for use during the safari. Light snacks and refreshments.
Overnight Arctic Chalet.

Day 6

Meals

Breakfast at Hotel
Enjoy day at leisure with OptionaL Activities like Snowshoeing, Ice Fishing, Husky ride and many more.
Accommodation included.

Day 7

Meals

After Breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to your Finnish holidays.
Private airport transfers to Ivalo airport as per your schedule.
Departure with fond memories.

Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
Once an air ticket is issued, a date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
The rights to vary, amend, alter, or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to the demand of an airline, the in / out points may change. Services, however, will remain unchanged.
In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to the availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided.
Itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints if any.
Indian dinners and local meals are pre-set, and a-la-carte is not possible.
Any damage caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, the threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible because in some city’s coaches are restricted.
On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc. Not utilized on your tour. For convenience.

Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1200hrs - and Check-Out time is 1100hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
