DAY 02 – PARIS SIGHTSEEING – EIFFEL TOWER – SEINE CRUISE

You will discover the neighborhoods and key monuments of Paris during a pleasant excursion in the early evening. You will enjoy a pleasant city tour on a panoramic bus, a charming cruise on the Seine and an exceptional view from the top of the Eiffel Tower.

You will show up to Paris City Vision agency where you will leave from, for a complete evening Paris sightseeing tour. Boarding a panoramic bus city tour, you will discover the greatest neighborhoods and Paris landmarks: the Eiffel Tower, the Ile de la Cité and Notre-Dame de Paris, the Invalides, the Latin Quarter and many others. You will see the habits of Parisians and understand how they perceive their city. You will learn the history of Paris and the evolution of its architecture through fascinating anecdotes with individual headphones.

You will then embark for hour-long audio guided Seine river cruise on a fully glazed boat. You can soak up the charm of Paris over the water while admiring the beautiful bridges that cross the Seine and the great monuments along the borders. Your priority access to the Eiffel Tower will allow you to climb up to the second floor easily by avoiding as much as possible the long queues at the elevator. You will then reach the second floor of this iconic French monument made by Gustave Eiffel for the 1889 Universal Exhibition. Depending on the time of year, you will see or not the illuminated monuments and will enjoy freely this exceptional 360 ° panorama. End of the tour at the Eiffel Tower.

Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘What your Tour Price includes’ box.
Taxes as applicable to be paid extra on the total tour price.
If the payment is through Credit Card, extra charges 2.5% on the total billing.

Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement
Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged.
In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided

Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible.
Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.
On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.
The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1600hrs - and Check-Out time is 1000hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
Please note the rooms in Europe is Standard room and its very small.
Benchmark will make sure that your Italy tour & vacation will be memorable with this Europe tour & holiday package.

PAYMENT TERM FOR THE DEPARTURE

BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. Payments can be made through the following modes:

Via online payment gateway.
Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore.
NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount.
CASH.

All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below

CANCELLATION POLICY

All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
