Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi arrival

Meals

  • Upon arrival, meet up our guide and transfer to hotel (Check in time: after 14.00 PM). Have dinner at Indian restaurant.
  • Overnight in Hanoi
  • Meals  : Dinner at Dalcheeni Restaurant (or similar) – Authentic Indian Cuisine
Day 2: Hanoi full day city tour

Meals

  • In the morning, start your half day city. Your first stop will be the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where the father of modern-day Vietnam declared the nation’s independence in 1945. Discover the reverence with which the Vietnamese treat their “Uncle Ho” at this pilgrimage site. Continue your tour at sites such as the Stilt House, Presidential Palace, and One Pillar Pagoda. Then drive to the Temple of Literature, built in honor of Confucius by Emperor Ly Thanh Tong in 1070, which is also used to be the first university of Vietnam in the 11th century.
  • Afternoon, we will visit Hoan Kiem Lake (Sword Lake) and Ngoc Son Temple with Sunrise Bridge then we will go through around Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
  • Evening highlight will be a Water Puppet Performance – the unique form of Vietnamese art derived from wet rice civilization of South East Asia.

  • Meals  :Breakfast at hotel, Lunch at Tan Door restaurant (or similar) – Authentic Indian Cuisine,Dinner at Foodshop 45 Restaurant (or similar) – Authentic Indian Cuisine
Day 3 : Hanoi – Halong on junk

Meals

  • This morning travel by road through the Red River Delta to beautiful Halong Bay. The scenic drive will pass through rural landscapes before arriving at this World Heritage site. Upon arrival board the Boat where you will enjoy a welcome drink and a delicious freshly caught seafood lunch whilst sailing out of the bay passing amazing shaped mountains.
  • Overnight on Junk
  • Meals : Breakfast at Hotel, Lunch and dinner on Junk
Day 4 : Halong – Hanoi - Saigon

Meals

  • Enjoy early morning view of the bay’s landscape. Enjoy the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the water of the bay. Sailing back to the Harbour. After check out have early lunch and then drive back to Hanoi. Take flight to Saigon. Arrive in Saigon, have dinner at Indian restaurant.  
  • Overnight in Saigon 
  • Meals : Breakfast / Brunk on junk, Lunch be served or not will depend on the cruise you choose, Dinner at Ganesh Restaurant (or similar) – Authentic Indian Cuisine
Day 5: Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels – Half day city tour

Meals

  • Morning start with Cu Chi Tunnels which were never discovered by American Force. These tunnels are stretching over 200 km and were important Viet Cong base during the American War. This underground network, dug by hand connected command posts hospital shelter and weapon factories.
  • Afternoon, You will come to:
  • - Mariamman Hindu Temple: 45 Truong Dinh, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
  • - Sri Thendayutthapani temple:  66 Ton That Thiep, Quan 1 (District 1), Ho Chi Minh City.
  • - Reunification Palace which formerly was Independence palace of the South Vietnamese President. Continue to visit the Centre Post Office and the Cathedral of Notre Dame
  • Overnight in Saigon
  • Meals : Breakfast at hotel, Lunch at Ganesh Restaurant (or similar) - Authentic Indian Cuisine, Dinner at Ashoka Restaurant (or similar) - Authentic Indian Cuisine
Day 6 : Saigon – My Tho – Saigon

Meals

  • After breakfast, Transfer to outskirt of Saigon and begins the tour on the beautiful countryside road.
  • Start at Tourist Boat Station (My Tho), cruising on Tien (Mekong) river and seeing four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise, Phoenix. Enjoy fresh coconut juice. Visit fish floating market and Fish-craft village along Tien River. Stop at Thoi Son Island, go walking around countryside road, seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits and listen to traditional music. Take a rowing boat on small canal with beautiful scenery of country side, to visit honey-bee farm and enjoy honey-tea. Lunch at a local restaurant. Driver back to Saigon.
  • Overnight in Saigon 
  • Meals  : Breakfast at hotel, Lunch at Mekong Restop Restaurant – Vietnamese Cuisine (no beef, no pork),Dinner at Tandoor Restaurant (or similar) - Authentic Indian Cuisine
Day 7 : Saigon departure

Meals

  • After breakfast Free time for relax and shopping until your transfer to the airport  for your onward flight.
  • Meals : Breakfast at hotel

  • Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement  
  • Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room. 
  • Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect. 
  • Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
  • The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged. 
  • In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided
  • Itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints if any 
  • Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible. 
  • Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers. 
  • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers. 
  • The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services. 
  • The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.  
  • On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit. 
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.
  • The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us. 
  • Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled. 
  • Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking. 
  • Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable. 
  • Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1600hrs - and Check-Out time is 1000hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. 
  • For Hotel change/cancellation fee, vary based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates.For exact cancellation/change fee, please call us. 
  • Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel. 
  • Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
  • Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
  • Please note the rooms in Europe is Standard room and its very small.

  • BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below.  Payments can be made through the following modes: 
  • Via online payment gateway
  • Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favour of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore. 
  • NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount. 
  • CASH.
  • All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY
  • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
