DAY 1 SRINAGAR

Meals

DAY 1. Arrive Srinagar, then transferred to your Houseboat. In the evening proceed to shikara ride. Rest of the evening is free for shopping. Enjoy dinner & and then overnight stay at the houseboat in Dal Lake in Srinagar.

DAY 2 SRINAGAR - PAHALGAM

Meals

DAY 2. Today after breakfast at the hotel proceed to Pahalgam. Enroute visit Awantipura- ruins of an 1100 yr old temple of Lord Vishnu. Drive through the pine forest. Then arrive Pahalgam and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is on your own for shopping. Enjoy Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel in Pahalgam.

DAY 3 PAHALGAM

Meals

After breakfast at the hotel proceed for a trip to Chandan wadi , birth of Amarnath Yatra and Betaab Valley, the Valley was named after the famous Bollywood movie Betaab.

Post lunch proceed to trip to a trip to Aru Valley(on own)-Aru Valley is a tourist spot 11 kms from Pahalgam and it is famous for its picturesque meadows and mountains.

Later enjoy your scrumptious dinner in the evening. Overnight stay at hotel in Pahalgam

DAY 4 PAHALGAM - GULMARG

Meals

After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Gulmarg, and enjoy a picturesque drive through snow capped mountain peak ,conifer forest and green meadows. There you will have free time for activities on your own. There you can also enjoy a sledge ride and cable car ride(on your own)on the snow covered areas if you wish to.

Later come back to the hotel and enjoy your dinner. Overnight stay at hotel in Gulmarg

DAY 5 GULMARG - SRINAGAR

Meals

After breakfast proceed to Srinagar. Upon arrival proceed to Srinagar and check in to the hotel and then after freshen up proceed for half day sightseeing in Srinagar covering the ancient Shankaracharya temple, famous Mughal Gardens Nishat Bagh, Abode of Pleasure on the shore of the Dal lake.

Later enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar

DAY 6 SRINAGAR

Meals

After breakfast proceed for a day trip to Sonmarg- Sonmarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lakes.

There you can enjoy horse riding and sledge riding(pay directly) if you wish to. Then Come back to Srinagar enjoy your dinner then overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar

DAY 7 Departure

Meals

Today after breakfast transfer to Srinagar airport for the flight(at own arrangement) back home with unforgettable memories.

Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangement which may come into effect prior to departure
Porterages, Tips, laundry, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and food and drinks not forming part of the package menus.
Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘What your Tour Price includes’ box.
Taxes as applicable to be paid extra on the total tour package
If the payment is through Credit Card, extra charges 2.5% on the total billing.

Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of an airline the in / out points may change. Service however, will remain unchanged.
Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible.
Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, break - down or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aero plane, bus, Ship or any other services.
The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some Cities coaches are restricted.
On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.

Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is 1400hr-1500hrs - and Check-Out time is 1000hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.

BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. Payments can be made through the following modes:
Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore.
NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers
Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount.
CASH.
All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame given by our sales team.
