Day 01: Delhi – Shimla (350 Kms / 08 Hrs Approx)

- Namaste and Welcome to Delhi upon arrival at Delhi railway station / airport, get warm welcome from Tour manager.
- Proceed to Shimla, by road (350 Kms / 08 Hrs Approx). Fondly referred as the “Queen of Hills”, Shimla is very popular hill town of Himachal Pradesh.
- Arrive and check-in to the hotel.
- After settling into the room, the day is at your own discretion. Spend the day in doing the activities of your interest.
- Dinner and overnight stay at Shimla hotel.
Day 02 : Shimla – Kufri – Shimla
Meals Dinner
- Breakfast at the Hotel.
- Post Breakfast, day 2nd is scheduled for an excursion to Kufri, a must – visit place. Placed at an altitude of 2290m above the sea level Kufri is blessed with tranquility, scenery and is dotted with tourist attractions like Mahasu Peak, Chini Bunglow, Indira Tourist Park, etc.
- Afternoon return back to Shimla, visit Christ church, town hall, scandal point.
- Evening free for shopping at mall road.
- Overnight stay at Shimla.
Day 03 : Shimla – Manali (250 Kms / 07 Hrs Approx)

- Breakfast at the Hotel.
- After breakfast check out from the hotel & drive to Manali, valley of Gods, is a combination of natural splendor and rich cultural heritage.
- On the way stop a while at Pandoh Dam, Sunder nagar Lake, The Beas Sutlej Link Project, Beas River and Kullu valley
- Check In at the Hotel and spend the evening at Leisure
- Overnight stay at Manali
Day 04 : Manali - Solang Valley - Rohtang Pass (Rohtang pass sightseeing will be on direct payment basis)

- After Breakfast visit Solang Valley, which is well known for adventure sports like Parachuting, skiing and Paragliding.
- Few Ski agencies also offer courses and equipment but are active only in winter. Later head back to Manali. Please Note : Rohtang Pass (closed from Nov- May) is subjected to NGT guidelines and availability of permit, so it is on the own of the Guest
- Overnight stay in Manali.
Day 05: Manali Sightseeing

- After Breakfast visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Village, Manu Temple, Vashisht Hot Water Springs, and Van Vihar. Also visit famous Mall, Tibetan Monastery.
- Shopping in Manali market for handicraft item and others.
- After shopping transfer to hotel.
- Overnight stay in Manali.
Day 06 : Manali – Delhi – Departure (550 Kms / 13 Hrs Approx)

- Breakfast at the Hotel.
- Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Delhi, Upon arrival in Delhi transfer to airport / railway station to board flight / train back home.

- Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, porterage.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Insurance.
- If the payment is through Credit Card, extra charges 2% on the total billing

- Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement
- Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
- Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
- Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
- The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged.
- In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided
- Itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints if any
- Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
- The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
- There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.
- The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
- Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
- Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
- Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1200hrs - and Check-Out time is 1100hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.
- For Hotel change/cancellation fee, vary based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates.For exact cancellation/change fee, please call us.
- Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
- Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
- Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
- Please note the rooms in Europe is Standard room and its very small.

PAYMENT TERM FOR THE DEPARTURE
BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. Payments can be made through the following modes:
- Via online payment gateway.
- Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore.
- NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount.
- CASH.
All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing
