  •  Amsterdam Night Tour. Visit the famous Dam Square – the real heart of Amsterdam, where the Royal Palace, the Nieuwe Kerk and the War Memorial overlooks this vast and   bustling open space.
  •  Depart to your Hotel.

Day 02: Amsterdam Area - Zaanse Schans – Kukenhof or Madurodam - Amsterdam Area.

  • Proceed to Visit Zaanse Schans Cheese & Clog Factory.
  •  Lunch at  an Indian Restaurant. 
  •  Visit Keukenhof Tulip Gardens– the largest spring garden in the world. Bulbs of colourful tulips bloom only till May 16th. Be enchanted by the indoor floral displays.  OR Visit   Madurodam - where you can see most of Holland in miniature, replicated in minute detail on a 1:25 scale.

Day 03: Amsterdam Area - Brussels – Paris

Day 04: .Paris

  •  Visit to Champs Elysees. The Avenue des Champs-Elysées is probably the most famous avenue in the world. This impressive street stretches from the Place the la Concorde to   the Place Charles de Gaulle, the site of the Arc de Triomphe.

  •  Paris by Night Tour. Admire Paris spectacular night time scenery and enjoy sightings of monuments including the Illumination of the Eiffel Tower.

Day 05: Paris – Disney (Optional)

Day 07: Annemasse – Lucerne – Mt.Titlis - Engelberg

  •  After breakfast at your hotel, we take you on one of the most memorable experiences of your Europe tour – visiting Lucerne & Mt. Titlis.
  •  Orientation tour of Lucerne. You will visit the Lion Monument and the Kapell Brucke (wooden bridge). Here you will also have some free time to shop for famous Swiss watches,     knives and chocolates. 
  •  Lunch at an Indian Restaurant.
  •  Arrive Engelberg & adventure awaits you in an ALL NEW cable-car ride up to Mt. Titlis. Day 08: Engelberg – Mt.Jungfraujoch (Optional) – Interlaken – Engelberg

  • After breakfast, day is free at leisure in Interlaken to do some Sports Activities OR Optional: Mt.Jungfraujoch
  •  Enjoy adventurous ride to visit Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe, for a memorable encounter with snow and ice – a genuine high-point of your tour. You will be amazed at the scenic splendour that you see from aboard the cogwheel train, which takes you to a height of 3,454 metres to reach Jungfraujoch. This is a trip to another world – a wonderful world of eternal ice and snow. Experience the magic of the mountains and visit the Ice Palace on top of the longest glacier in the Alps. A visit to the Sphinx is also included.
  • Lunch at an Indian Restaurant.
  • Descend to Grindelwald.
  • Proceed to visit Interlaken, a charming city nestled between two lakes and surrounded by the splendid Bernese Oberland Mountains. Treasure these wonderful moments as you drive back to your hotel.

Day 09: Engelberg – Cockoo Clock Factory (Black Forest) - Rhine Falls – Zurich

Day 11: Innsbruck – Venice – Padova

  • Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from route of your air ticket.
  • Porterage, Tips, laundry, telephone charges, all items of person, all nature and food and drinks not forming part of the group menus.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘What your Tour Price includes’ box.
  • Taxes as applicable to be paid extra on the total tour price.
  • If the payment is through Credit Card, extra charges 2.5% on the total billing

TERMS & CONDITIONS  
  • Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement  
  • Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room. 
  • Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect. 
  • Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
  • The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged. 
  • In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided
  • Itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints if any 
  • Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible. 
  • Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers. 
  • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers. 
  • The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services. 
  • The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.  
  • On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit. 
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.
  • The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us. 
  • Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled. 
  • Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking. 
  • Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable. 
  • Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1600hrs - and Check-Out time is 1000hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. 
  • For Hotel change/cancellation fee, vary based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates.For exact cancellation/change fee, please call us. 
  • Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel. 
  • Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
  • Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
  • Please note the rooms in Europe is Standard room and its very small.
  • Benchmark will make sure that your Italy tour & vacation will be memorable with this  Europe tour & holiday package.
PAYMENT TERM FOR THE DEPARTURE

BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below.  Payments can be made through the following modes: 

  • Via online payment gateway.
  • Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore. 
  • NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount. 
  • CASH.

All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below 


CANCELLATION POLICY
  • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
