  • Arrive Paris,after which you will be met by our local representative later you will be transferred to your respective hotel and check in

  • DAY 2 - PARIS - CITY TOUR OF PARIS 
  • This morning enjoy your continental buffet breakfast at the hotel then proceed for Guided city tour of Paris .Paris is packed with things to do and see, and this guided city tour does more in six hours than most can with far more time. An elevator ride up the Eiffel Tower, a Seine cruise, pass by the Notre Dame Cathedral, and a stroll to the Louvre Pyramid are among the highlights. Next, visit Louvre museum, one of the largest museums in the world and best known for Mona Lisa painting. Later, visit Montmartre known for its artistic history and white domed Basilica of the Sacre-Coeur situated on its summit.

  • This morning enjoy continental breakfast later proceed for a visit to Eiffel Tower– 2nd level.
  • Later enjoy some free time to roam in the streets of Paris or indulge yourself in shopping therapy.
  •  Later,in the evening proceed for a romantic cruise on the river Seine to view the popular monuments of Paris on the banks of the river.

  • DAY 5 - DAY AT LEISURE - OPTIONAL TOUR TO JUNGFRAUJOCH 
  • Today morning after breakfast day is at leisure or free on own or you can opt to visit Jungfraujoch -Top Of Europe at an additional cost.The view of Jungfraujoch and adventure platform at 3454 meters above sea level unites in a place that fascinates people of the Alps: a majestic backdrop of ice, snow and rock with breathtaking far-sightedness. Immerse yourself in the high alpine wonderland of ice, snow and cliffs!

  • DAY 6 - ZURICH - MT.TITLIS & LUCERNE ORIENTATION TOUR
  • This morning after breakfast proceed for a MT.Titlis tour. Experience Mount Titlis  summit on a full-day excursion from Zurich by coach. First, explore Old Town Lucerne on a short orientation drive through the city and then explore independently.

  • DAY 7- ZURICH - RHINE FALL - TITISEE - ORIENTATION TOUR OF OF HEIDELBERG
  • This morning enjoy your buffet breakfast at the hotel then check out and proceed to Schaffhausen, for a photo stop at the Rhine Falls then we drive to Germany and visit Titisee and witness a demonstration of how Cuckoo clocks are made in a traditional way.Later drive to Heidelberg for an orientation tour.

    • The hotels and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation. Rates may change in case of any changes in hotel, transport Airlines cost, government taxes or entrance fees.
    • The airfares are dynamic and subject to change and availability. We will be able to confirm the exact airfare only once the tickets are issued…any fare difference is to be borne by the client 
    • Surcharges may be applicable over and above the holiday price for the requested period. The same will be advised at the time of booking or prior to confirmations.
    • Universal hotel check-in time is between 02.00 pm-03.00 pm and Check-out time is between 10.00 am-12.00 noon depending upon the Hotel / Resort
    • The above given rates are valid for Indian Nationals only
    • Note: Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal. (In case you require Private transfers, the same can be arranged at an additional cost)
    • Passenger Names (as per passport) of the travelers must be provided 45 days prior departure
    • BENCHMARK shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below.  The Cheque / Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Bangalore. The balance could be settled prior to Departure.
    • Benchmark will make sure that your European tour & vacation will be memorable with this complete Europe tour & holiday package.
  • PAYMENT POLICY
    • 50% of the total tour cost is to be made in advance to process/ confirm the bookings.
    • Balance 50% payment to be received 30 working days prior to departure date.            
    • For booking during peak season we will require full advance payment to enable us to confirm the reservations 
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    • 100% retention charges applicable in case of any amendments/ cancellation if travel dates are during peak season / trade fairs.
  • AIR TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY
    • The change/cancellation fees vary based on airlines rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
    • Partly utilized and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
    • Seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
    • Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
  • HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
    • Standard Check-In time is 2 pm and Check-Out time is 0800 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

    • Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged.
    • In case of No Show at the hotel, entire amount will be charged.
    • Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve, Trade Fairs etc... The additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be Borne by the client or can be paid by the client directly at the hotel.
    • Refunds if any shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date of request.
