DAY 1 - Rovaniemi

Meals

After arrival proceed towards immigration.
Post immigration proceed towards boarding gate of flight to Rovaniemi
Departure of flight from Helsinki airport.
Arrival of flight at Rovaniemi airport.
Transfer from Rovaniemi airport to hotel.
Arrive Hotel.
Receive warm clothing. This includes thermal one-piece, boots, woollen socks, mittens.
Check into your rooms.
Time free for fresh n change.
Assemble in lobby and proceed to Indian restaurant.
Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight at Hotel

DAY 2 - Rovaniemi

Meals

Assemble in lobby and transfer to Santa Park
Breakfast at Hotel.
Group will be split into 02.
Group 01 will go for Motorsport activity and
Group 02 will visit Santa Claus village with 01 Kms Reindeer Ride.
GROUP 01
Enjoy motorsports challenge which includes Ice Karting, Ride on BMW and Funny Car.
GROUP 02
Visit official hometown of Santa Claus and enjoy Reindeer Ride at Santa Claus village.
Proceed for lunch.
Lunch at Indian Restaurant.
Activity continues…..
GROUP 02
Enjoy motorsports challenge which includes Ice Karting, Ride on BMW and Funny Car.
GROUP 01
Visit official hometown of Santa Claus and enjoy Reindeer Ride at Santa Claus village.
Transfer to hotel.
Free time for freshen up and explore city on your own.
Enjoy Gala dinner at Santa Park
Transfer back to hotel.
Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 3 - Rovaniemi

Meals

Breakfast at Hotel.
Assemble in lobby and proceed to Kemi for Sampoo Ice breaker Cruise.
Arrive Kemi and transfer to pier.
Embark Kemi Sampoo Ice breaker Cruise
Local lunch on board Cruise.
Arrive Kemi. Disembark Cruise.
Transfer from Kemi Pier to Snow Castle.
Enjoy guided tour of Snow castle.
Return back to Rovaniemi
Dinner at Indian restaurant.
Transfer to main area for Northern Lights Activity
Transfer back to hotel
Overnight at Rovaniemi

DAY 4 - Rovaniemi

Assemble in lobby and proceed for Ranua Zoo.
Arrive Ranua Zoo
Enjoy guided tour of Ranua Zoo.
Leave Ranau Zoo and return back to Rovaniemi
Lunch at Indian restaurant
Post lunch transfer to Husky Point.
Arrive Husky point.
Enjoy Husky ride
Transfer back to hotel.
Free time for shopping or explore city on your own..

DAY 5 - Helsinki

Meals

Breakfast at Hotel.
Check out from hotel and assemble in lobby for your onward flight to Helsinki.
Transfer from hotel to Rovaniemi airport.
Flight depart from Rovaniemi to Helsinki.
Arrival of flight at Helsinki airport.
Lunch at Indian restaurant.
Board your coach and proceed for Guided City Tour of Helsinki - A professional local Tour Guide will take you through the beautiful city of Helsinki with photostops at Presidential Palace, Lutheran Church, Senate Square, Opera House, Sibelius and National Museum and Entrance to Rock Church
Transfer to Hotel Lilla Roberts Helsinki.
Assemble in lobby and transfer to Indian restaurant
Dinner at Indian restaurant.
Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 6 - Talinn

Meals

Check out from hotel.
Assemble in lobby and proceed to Helsinki Pier for excursion to Tallin.
Breakfast boxes will be provided by your tour manager.
Board Ferry shuttle to Tallinn
Meet guide at Tallin Pier and transfer to City Center.
Guided walking tour through the old town of Tallin.
Return to Pier.
Board return ferry shuttle to Tallinn
Local buffet lunch on board ferry.
Arrive Helsinki Pier.
Transfer to Indian restaurant.
Hi tea at Indian restaurant.
Transfer to Helsinki airport for your flight back to home.

Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
Once an air ticket is issued, a date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
The rights to vary, amend, alter, or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to the demand of an airline, the in / out points may change. Services, however, will remain unchanged.
In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to the availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided.
Itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints if any.
Indian dinners and local meals are pre-set, and a-la-carte is not possible.
Any damage caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, the threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible because in some city’s coaches are restricted.
On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc. Not utilized on your tour. For convenience.

Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1200hrs - and Check-Out time is 1100hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
