DAY 1

Meals

  • Arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, met by representative and transfer to Hotel.
  • Overnight stay in Baku.
DAY 2

Meals

  • Morning after Breakfast start heading to the ancient zoroastrian temple "Ateshgah" which is considered as an authentic Azerbaijani exotic site to visit. It is located approximately 30 km from the center of Baku in the suburb of Surakhany. 
  • In the second part of visit, after visiting the temple you will go directly to "Yanar Dag" ("Burning Mountain"), located not too far from Ateshgah Temple. It is the most famous and popular tourist site of the “eternal flame” in Azerbaijan. 
  • Visit Hyder Aliyev Centre which is a 619,000 sq. ft. building complex in Baku, Azerbaijan designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid. 
DAY 3

Meals

  • Morning after Breakfast, Half-Day Baku City Sightseeing Tour. 
  •  we will enter Baku Old Town, called "Icharishahar". Old Town of Baku is a beautiful maze, full of narrow streets, surprising sights, old wooden balconies, stone roads and an atmosphere that you'll never forget. 
  •  Our second stop, the Fountain Square, was one of the first ever parks created in Azerbaijan and was full of mansions of oil magnates. It's located in the central street of Baku and was called "Torgovaya", translated as the trading street. 
  • Museum of Miniature Books - used to be in the Guinness Books of World Records until recently, but still it has a great collection of miniature and even almost microscopic books. A small museum that will be our first stop on our way to discover more
  •  Next, enter the Shirvanshahs’ Palace, the central part of ancient Shiranshahs kingdom and dive into the spirit of Islamic civilization while passing through the courtyard and king’s private rooms. Get to know the history of the palace and visit the mausoleums that witnessed many troubles for the past two centuries.
  • We will visit is the most remarkable and mysterious monument – the Maiden Tower, built in the south-east part of the Old Town.
  • Little Venice - restored into a new grand look, will be our third stop. It's not a long stop, but a view of the small oasis in Baku Boulevard.
  • After we enter Baku Boulevard, we will head to the Carpet Museum.
  • Enjoy the ride in a funicular while getting a short glimpse of Baku city up above from the hills of Baku.
  • Flame Towers - Right by the Martyrs' Lane, you will see the Flame Towers, famous for their unique modern architectural design.
  • Martyrs Lane - Martyrs' Alley is an exhibition of Azerbaijanis' courage against Soviet occupation. Get a glimpse of the end of totalitarian Soviet regime during our visit of Martyrs' Alley.
  • Daghustu Park ("Uphill Park") - At the Uphill Park, you will get a chance to see stunning view of the city. Great spot for selfies to show off your visit to Azerbaijan! :)
  • Baku Ferris Wheel - is a Ferris wheel on Baku Boulevard in the Seaside National Park of Baku, capital of Azerbaijan. The wheel is 60 meters tall and has 30 cabins, each holding eight people. It makes a complete turn in 30 to 40 minutes
DAY 4

  • Morning after Breakfast,  transfer to Airport.

    • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot).
    • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
    • Monument entry fees / camera charges / cable car / gondola ride etc.
    • Any insurance, medical expenses etc.

    TERMS AND CONDITONS

    • Benchmark will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
    • Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room. 
    • Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect. 
    • Once an air ticket is issued, a date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
    • The rights to vary, amend, alter, or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to the demand of an airline, the in / out points may change. Services, however, will remain unchanged. 
    • In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to the availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided.
    • Itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints if any. 
    • Indian dinners and local meals are pre-set, and a-la-carte is not possible. 
    • Any damage caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers. 
    • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, the threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers. 
    • The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services. 
    • The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible because in some city’s coaches are restricted.  
    • On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit. 
    • There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc. Not utilized on your tour. For convenience.
    • The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us. 
    • Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled. 
    • Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking. 
    • Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable. 
    • Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is -1200hrs - and Check-Out time is 1100hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. 
    • For Hotel change/cancellation fee, vary based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please call us. 
    • Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel. 
    • Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
    • Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
