Benchmark Holidays offers domestic and international holiday packages, group tours, customised holidays and other travel-related services.

Package prices are displayed on the applicable package page wherever a fixed or starting price is available.

The current Benchmark Holidays website, for example, displays package prices such as Japan Group Tour from ₹3,59,900, Thailand Group Tour from ₹67,799, Singapore & Malaysia Group Tour from ₹1,40,999, as well as destination/package-specific prices.

Starting Prices

Where a package displays “Starting From”, “From”, “Starts From” or similar wording, the displayed amount represents the starting price available under specified booking conditions.

The final price may vary depending on:

• Travel dates
• Departure city
• Airline availability and airfare
• Hotel availability
• Hotel category
• Room occupancy
• Number and age of travellers
• Selected itinerary
• Transfers and sightseeing
• Meal plan
• Visa requirements
• Travel insurance
• Foreign exchange rates
• Taxes and statutory levies
• Peak-season supplements
• Optional activities
• Customer-requested upgrades
• Other supplier charges

Customised Packages

Prices for customised holidays are determined based on the customer's specific travel requirements.

A final quotation will be provided before booking/payment.

Group Tours

Group-tour pricing is based on the inclusions, departure dates, room occupancy and other conditions specified on the relevant tour/package page or quotation.

Taxes

Applicable GST, TCS and other taxes or statutory charges may be added or included as required under applicable Indian law and will be communicated to the customer as applicable.

Foreign Currency

Some international travel services are purchased from overseas suppliers.

Where applicable, prices may change due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates until the applicable services have been fully paid for and confirmed.

Price Changes Before Confirmation

Airfares, hotel rates and other travel inventory are dynamic.

A quotation does not guarantee availability or price unless expressly stated otherwise.

The final payable amount will be confirmed before the booking is completed.

Price After Confirmation

Once a booking has been confirmed and fully paid, Benchmark Holidays will honour the confirmed price except where additional amounts arise due to:

• Government taxes or levies;
• Airline/supplier-imposed charges;
• Customer-requested modifications;
• Changes to passenger details;
• Additional services requested by the customer; or
• Other circumstances permitted under the applicable booking terms.
